This information is only part of your Profile feature and only visible to you. A future update may allow you to share you to share your profile with your friends if you choose to do so. Your name and and profile photo will be visible to your friends if you choose to share Homework with friends and exchange messages with them. This data is stored only on your device and within your own iCloud account. No one else will have access to this data unless you decide to share it. It’s your data and you control who to share with.
